Job Description:
– Ensure effective shop decoration and visuals for sales campaigns.
– Update stocks in seller center and monitor inventory.
– Manage product enrollment and assist in customer queries via email/chat.
– Generate product deals summary for TikTok and monitor e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
– Manage delivery requests and coordinate with affiliates for ads and promotions.
– Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving issues and improving conversion rates.
Qualifications:
– College graduate in any business-related course (Fresh graduates are welcome).
– Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, computer literate, and good communication skills.
– Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
