Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Specialist to join our team at PSO (Manila). The successful candidate will assist the Customer Service Team with post-settlement inquiries, ensuring prompt collection of delinquent accounts while maintaining high service standards.
To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree, exceptional English communication skills, and at least two years of experience in a Contact Centre or Collections environment.
