Job Description
Teragrail Geology & Geotechnics is seeking an Executive Secretary to provide essential support to the President. Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, organizing the President’s schedule, preparing reports, maintaining client contacts, and facilitating meetings.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or a related field, and demonstrate strong administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English are essential. Willingness to travel within the Philippines is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of Php17,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month, offering flexible scheduling and additional benefits.
