Job Description
TELEORBITS is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Non-Voice and Voice Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client support by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
You will also be involved in developing training programs, accommodating client disabilities with appropriate recommendations, and improving client references through documentation.
This is a full-time position suitable for fresh graduates, offering a competitive salary of Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month, with various benefits including additional leave, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
