Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Project Architect for the renovation of a 4-storey building located at Tomas Morato Ave, Quezon City. Candidates should ideally reside nearby and have at least 8 years of experience as a Site Architect.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee construction works.
- Design interiors and facades.
- Perform quality checks on construction.
- Assist with various tasks as required.
Salary: Php 36,00.00 – Php 50,00.00 per month. Benefits include free on-site parking, promotion opportunities, and performance bonuses.
