Job Description
Lexie Staffing & Business Consulting is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our Easy Account (Health Care) department. This position will involve over-the-phone interactions with customers through MS Teams.
Job Description:
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any course (with or without work experience).
- Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months of customer-related experience.
- Good to Excellent Communication skills.
- With or Without BPO/Call Center experience.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Can start ASAP.
Job Application through Over The Phone Process:

- Find a good place for better reception for the call.
- Prepare devices to take assessments (Laptop/Desktop).
