Job Description
A Branch Cashier is responsible for handling financial transactions and providing excellent customer service at our branch location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and ensure accuracy
- Assist customers in resolving account-related inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role is preferred
