Job Description
As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience by delivering high-quality food, beverages, and service.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative menus, managing inventory and procurement, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Additionally, you will be in charge of hiring and training staff, managing budgets, and analyzing financial reports to drive profitability.
