Job Description
Position: HR Intern
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Responsible for posting job openings to various job portals
- Responsible for sourcing potential candidates
- Monitor tardiness and absenteeism
- Handle filling of remittances and payroll
- Facilitate interviews and exams for applicants
- Compute OJT allowances
- Update bulletin board
- Post monthly birthday celebrants
- Collect funds for birthday celebrants
- Organize event venues
- Coordinate morning praise sessions
- Assign prayer leaders
- Properly dispose of confidential files
- Update employee 201 files (both soft and hard copies)
Job Type: OJT (On the Job Training)
