Job Description
Overseeing daily business operations.
Leading and working with different teams to ensure all the business plans run smoothly.
Reviewing and improving organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
Training and supervising lower-level managers.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Overseeing training and employee performance.
Evaluating performance, productivity, and competitiveness.
Leading and managing planning and executing social events (both small and large-scale) and conferences smoothly and successfully.
Developing comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics, encompassing venue selection, invitations, catering, and on-site coordination.
Performing tasks that may be assigned by the president from time to time.
