Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be an Accounting Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Performs manpower computation for Billing to all clients. (Manpower Services Billing)
- Receives and reviews invoice request forms and attached documents from Operation Departments before invoice preparation. (PM, M&Es and Adhoc services)
- Prepare billing invoices with complete attachments for review of acctg. head/Manager.
- Submits all approved invoices to clients on a timely basis.
- Schedule delivery of invoices to clients.
- Updates monitoring of invoices every end of the day and submits to Acctg Head.
- Prepare the sales monitoring report/sales book every month with corresponding analysis of actual v.s. target revenue then submit to the Accounting Head.
- Monitor unbilled services and billed with issue c/o with payables cash outlay and operations dept.
- Update ledger book (sales book) every end of the month.
- Files the transmittal, yellow and pink copies of invoices on a separate folder.
- Create and update monitoring of clients for easy referencing.
