Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Accounting Assistant at Alpha Century Consultancy Inc. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department in various tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and payment processing.
- Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, good mathematical skills, and the ability to work well in a team. A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, but not required.
