Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the retail division at Aspire Global Solutions, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail customers through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, to assist them with inquiries, orders, and issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our retail products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and find suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Information Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments for continuous improvement in our retail offerings.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
