Job Description
This role involves assisting the Recruitment Supervisor to ensure smooth operations in talent acquisition. You will coordinate the recruitment and hiring process for LGC positions from start to finish, making sure all activities are executed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ensure effective and efficient hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably BS/BA in Psychology.
- Prior work experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and able to contribute new ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Work Location: Lamsan Industrial Complex, Crossing Simuay Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao
