Job Description:
- Ensure monitoring of agent performance, strength, and weaknesses in call handling.
- Develop team members to achieve goals.
- Handle escalated customer calls.
- Contribute to the overall effort of the team by improving the overall performance scores of team members.
- Monitor/work on tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or as mandated by the client.
- Adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment at the highest level of quality.
- Solve problems and implement solutions.
- Closely work with other Team Leaders in day-to-day operations.
- Preparation of a report as mandated by immediate supervisor and/or the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year supervisory experience handling inbound/outbound campaigns.
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
