Job Description
The Swiss Deli Davao Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Manager to oversee production, quality, and logistics operations. Your responsibilities include meeting production targets, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and developing safety and security programs. Expertise in inventory management and people management is essential.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00, with benefits including additional leave, health insurance, and performance bonuses. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in Meat Manufacturing Operations are required. Preferred candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to Davao City.
