Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for the technical and administration aspects of the company’s Oracle, MySQL, and MSSQL Database Infrastructure. First point of call for providing technical support.
- Installing and maintaining databases
- Administration of the database including performance monitoring and tuning
- Creating and restoring backup copies of data
- Daily maintenance
- Responsible for database security and also preventing data loss
- Identifying and escalating immediately any risks to the database service
- Involved in the design of the physical database schema and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Windows, Azure, UNIX, and Linux Administration
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
- Able to effectively communicate technical data to non-technical people
- Able to quickly analyze problems and devise solutions
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
