Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Interact with customers directly to answer questions, resolve issues, document common issues with internal teams (act as the customers’ voice internally), and improve brand credibility by providing the highest quality service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with patrons via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customers’ issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate matters that cannot be resolved to the relevant department.
- Monitor the website and report recurring questions to the relevant department, be it marketing or technical.

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
