Job Description
The FTC Group of Companies Corp is currently seeking a Corporate Leasing Associate to join our team. As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of all leasing documentation for our properties, supporting the department’s overall operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the leasing department and maintain proper documentation of tenants and their transactions.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding leasing concerns and handle and resolve queries from other departments and third parties.
- Organize an archiving system for all lease contracts and retrieve lease documents upon request.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and complete documentation from leases.
- Proofread documents when requested and keep master files for all properties.
- Provide requested documents and notices to tenants.
- Create marketing strategies and promotions to support leasing and contribute to overall company growth.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and other relevant information for marketing strategies.
- Create digital and social media calendars and produce visual marketing concepts to captivate consumers.
- Perform various tasks as required.
