Job Description
ING is seeking a dedicated Business Control Specialist I to join our team. You will execute tests of effectiveness on IT key controls, track results, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts. We require candidates with at least 1 year (Juniors) or 4 years (Seniors) of experience in IT risk management, preferably with SOX testing knowledge.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Certifications like CISA and CRISC are preferred.
