Job Description
Your role will involve analyzing, troubleshooting, and configuring applications for our end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support system applications within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Implement continuous service improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
- 1+ year of Level 2 Application Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00 – Php30,00/month
