We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to join our expanding team at CGI Group, Inc. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients through phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Japanese and English, have strong communication skills, and possess a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
