Job Description
Alorica is seeking a dedicated Workforce Analyst to determine workforce requirements by analyzing data and trends. The ideal candidate will utilize scheduling software to create optimized schedules, conduct workforce simulations, and process time-off requests. Responsibilities include maintaining workforce tool information and leading weekly calls with Operations and Client Solutions.
Required qualifications include a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and at least 1 year of relevant Workforce experience. Knowledge of Workforce Management methodologies and database applications is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
