Job Description
A Training Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. They play a crucial role in identifying training needs, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge
- Designing and delivering training programs using various instructional techniques
- Creating training materials such as presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Updating training programs to address changing business needs and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
