Job Description
UBIX Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Work Controller to join our team. This full-time, permanent position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all service calls are responded to within two (2) hours.
- Coordinate non-technical problems with concerned departments.
- Monitor and assign drum and parts replacements.
- Manage call communications with service engineers.
- Submit service intensive machine reports (SIM).
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
