Job Description
Join VCSI as an HR Assistant for Labor Relations! This role provides essential administrative support within the Human Resources department, focusing on labor and employee relations.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in labor relations policies, investigating employee complaints, and maintaining records.
We seek graduates in Psychology, HR Management, or Criminology. Fresh graduates and those with HR internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability are essential.
Job type: Full-time, Php13,00.00 – Php17,600.00 monthly, located in Angeles City, Pampanga.
