Job Description
Northpoint Development Bank is seeking a dedicated HR Training Specialist. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Psychology, or related fields, with at least 6 months of experience in Training and Development. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential.
This full-time position is based in San Pedro, Laguna, with a starting salary of Php 14,560.00 per month, and offers benefits such as life insurance and paid training. The expected start date is January 13, 2025.
