Job Description
Noona Business Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage local payroll and employee benefits effectively. Key responsibilities include administering end-to-end payroll, handling employee contracts and documents, representing the company in government agencies, answering payroll inquiries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, experience in payroll processing for at least 15 employees, knowledge of government benefits, and proficiency in MS Excel. Candidates should possess strong written and oral English communication skills and be willing to work on-site in BGC from Monday to Friday.
