Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Gaming Account (Non Voice/Email or Chat Support). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support services related to gaming queries, troubleshooting, and account assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing assistance to customers with gaming-related issues, including technical problems, account management, and game features.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to address customer needs effectively.
  • Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of gaming platforms and terminology.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
