Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team at Big Ben Construction. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities include managing project-based teams, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
