Job Description

Qualifications:
- At least College Level in any Business or Service-related course.
- SHS Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Provide on-site support for software-related requests.
- Demonstrate product functions and specifications.
- Develop knowledge of macOS and iOS.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
