Job Description
Katagumpay Motogears is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage all HR-related activities within our organization. The HR Officer will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing employees, while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process and onboarding of new hires.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend training.
- Develop policies for working conditions, employee relations, and health & safety.
Qualifications:
