Job Description
Join us at Sapient Philippines Hub! We are mass hiring Call Center Agents for our Metro sites with a one-day hiring process.
Position Overview:
You will assist customers with their online shopping experiences, handling product inquiries, order processing, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and account-related issues.
What’s in it for you?
– Salary of up to Php 28,00
– Php 30,00 Sign-on Bonus
– Various shift options available including day, night, and graveyard shifts
– Voice and non-voice accounts available.
Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In person
Schedule:
– 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
