Job Description
The ideal candidate needs to have excellent organizational skills, strong analytical thinking, and great numerical skills.
- Assist in the month-end closing activities based on the financial closing calendar and support the FP&A Lead on variance analysis and reporting.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of underlying financial data for general ledger accounts.
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reports as required internally and by the Regional Office.
- Coordinate with other finance functions and other departments in resolving reconciling items.
- Support the FPA Lead in the preparation of required reports needed by management and other departments.
- Participate/Prepare the financial analysis required by management and other departments.
- Prepare needed reports, reconciliations, and schedules needed in the annual audit.
