Job Information

Job Description

· Formulates and directs financial strategies that are aligned with the Company’s strategic plans

· Develops and maintains systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the Company

· Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the Executive committee on long-term business and financial planning, pricing, business strategy, and allocation of funding

· Drives the preparation of budget and forecast as per business direction and management guidelines and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting

· Reviews variance analysis of P&L items and providing adequate commentary explaining the reasons for variances.

· Provide operational management support specifically in implementing overall strategic plans, strengthening internal controls, and regulatory compliance

· Develops a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs

· Ensures cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

– CPA License holder

– At least 8 years of proven working experience in the same food manufacturing industry (preferably ice cream) as an Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager

– Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

– Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
