Job Description
Join Unilever as a Customer Development & Sales Workplace Specialist. In this role, you will cultivate a learning culture within the Selecta Sales/CD team and manage partnerships to enhance training programs. Key responsibilities include leading the total CD learning pathway, relaunching the Hybrid Manifesto and Wellbeing Programs, managing the Sorbetero Portal, and ensuring vendor performance.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree, has 1-2 years of relevant experience, and will be based in Mangahan, Pasig. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and above-average Excel skills are essential.
