Job Description
BPOCaldwell, located in Pasig, is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Chat Encoder. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes competitive salaries, HMO with beneficiaries, and a 13th Month Pay.
As a Chat Encoder, your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and written communication, checking various forms of correspondence, and providing essential client assistance.
Candidates must have college or high school education with BPO experience, excellent communication skills, and be willing to work onsite. Pay ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php30,00.00 monthly.
