Job Description
We are seeking an IT Service Management Representative to manage delivery for IT production systems and services at Accenture. Your role will include supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing service risks.
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate with multiple teams for key decisions and problem-solving, ensuring operational efficiency through best practices in IT service management.
Required skills: Expert proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Network Segmentation Architecture and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management.
