Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor to join Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. The successful candidate will support quality operations and ensure adherence to quality standards during the production process.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials, conduct in-line inspections, perform finished product analysis, conduct audits, prepare reports, assist in supervising manufacturing plants, and approve material releases.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 3 years of QA experience, advanced knowledge of baking and food science, and proficiency in microbial analysis. Strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability required.
