Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter for BPO. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) department.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will work closely with the senior recruiters to source and screen potential candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and assist with the selection process. You will also be responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Having strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential in this role, as you will be interacting with candidates, employees, and hiring managers on a regular basis. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is also important to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
