Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for enrolling new employees into corporate systems, reviewing pre-employment requirements, and tracking evaluation schedules for probationary employees.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
This is a full-time position based in Buhangin, Davao City, offering a monthly salary of Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00. Shifts are 8 hours during day time.
