Description: BW Epic Kosan is seeking an Assistant Learning & Development Manager for our Learning and Development Department. Candidates should have experience in the maritime industry and a commitment to developing talent.
Responsibilities: Assist in training development, evaluation, logistics, and cadet recruitment. Guide junior officers in their progression and ensure compliance with training standards.
Qualifications: STCW A-II/1 Certification, minimum 3 years on LPG vessels, ability to manage timelines, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
