Job Description
ALC Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of any course, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include arranging interment/cremation services efficiently, coordinating with staff, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also monitor gravedigging, prepare certifications for suppliers, and manage attendance records.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between Php14,00.00 and Php16,00.00, along with supplemental pay including a 13th-month salary and bonuses.
