Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to drive organizational effectiveness and support change initiatives. The ideal candidate will conduct organization assessments, design interventions, manage succession planning, and oversee talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will identify competency gaps, develop performance management frameworks, and enhance inter-departmental communication.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Human Resources Management, a minimum of 6 years in managerial HR roles, and expertise in Organization Development. Willingness to work in Makati is essential.
