Job Description
Join the prestigious Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center. We are currently seeking a Customer Sales Agent to enhance our guest experience.
As a Customer Sales Agent, you will assist guests with reservations, provide accurate information about our services, introduce promotions, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for Sales and Marketing, strong communication skills, and relevant experience. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential, as well as the ability to think creatively and engage effectively with customers.
