Job Description

The Clinical Manager position at Stark Asia Solutions, Inc is responsible for:

• Directly overseeing a team of telephone counsellors split across IRE/UK.
• Managing and supervising telephone counsellors in the UK/IRE, including related functions.
• Providing support and guidance to senior telephone counsellors in clinical operations.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations, aligning clinical practices within the organization.

Overview of EAP Supervisor Duties:

• Line management of Telephone Counsellors
• Performance Management of Telephone Counsellors
• Supervision of the team
• Team Recruitment
• Rota Management
• Clinical Case Escalation

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Any valid licenses in any field are preferred.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology is required.
• 2-3 years of team management experience in a BPO setup, preferably in a healthcare account.
• Willingness to work in Makati city.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php71,100.00 – Php103,100.00 per month
