Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Details:
- Generate and send invoices to clients promptly.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
