Job Description
Grand Hyatt Manila is on the lookout for an experienced Team Leader – Security to support the Assistant Manager – Security in ensuring the hotel’s safety and security operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the department in alignment with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies, focusing on safety procedures, fire safety, and asset protection.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Protective Services & Management (Criminology) or related fields, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury property, excellent communication skills, and certification as a Security Professional (CSP) being a distinct advantage.
