Job Description
The Role:
- 100% Remote
- Must be a US Citizen/US Passport holder
- Part-time position with potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
- Relevant experience is required.
As an IT Support Specialist at GES Group, you will provide technical assistance, ensure optimal system performance, troubleshoot IT issues, and guide on IT equipment upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing IT assistance to team members and clients.
- Training end-users on software programs.
- Monitoring hardware and software performance metrics.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: From Php350.00 per hour | Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift
