- Strong customer service knowledge with advanced English and Spanish proficiency (spoken and written)
- Excellent computer skills, experience in complaint handling, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Able to thrive in high-pressure situations with a patient, friendly, and empathetic attitude
- Great team player, organized, dependable, and skilled in multitasking and problem-solving
Job Description:
- Provide information about Suntransfers via phone, live chat, and email
- Handle bookings and payments for a smooth customer experience
- Support customers during transfers and resolve issues
- Effectively address complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
